About Me

Thank you for visiting my site. I am a Meditation and wellness coach, Ayurveda counsellor, writer and blogger. My interests include Mind, Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Stress management, Mental health and wellness.

My encounter with Ayurveda dates back to the time when I was suffering from asthma as a child. My Asthma cured within a year as I started taking the herbal medicine as prescribed by Ayurveda practitioner. My next phase of life as a computer programmer, kept me busy with unending meetings, crazy schedules, crunch deadlines, with no time for personal life and family. The burnout made me sick once again.

This propelled me to take a step back and go back to my roots. I decided to re-visit the ancient Indian science of health and wellbeing. This is when I got introduced to “Yoga” and “Meditation”. I started my journey of “Ayurveda-inspired routine” which completely changed my course of life. I have since started teaching “Breath work”, “Ayurveda” and “Meditation” to young students and professionals.

Today when depression and stress are so prevalent in our societies, this ancient knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda, to take care of our body and mind, is so much more relevant than ever before. I feel so grateful and blessed to spread this message of hope, health and wellness in the society through this wisdom.
